I want to feature two websites that bring what I’m going to call the “mini website format” to life. Both websites are well-designed, at times whimsical, and all so cool.
Feature Piece 1: Jennifer Dewalt’s 1 site per day challenge
Jennifer Dewalt challenged herself to create one website per day for 180 days. The result is 180 whimsical mini websites like the working etch a sketch game above.
Feature Piece 2: Minus 18’s pronoun game
Minus 18, an organisation that champions LGBTQ+ youths in Australia, created a pronoun game for those in a trans person’s circle who care to practice different pronouns for their dear ones. They include a bunch of non-traditional pronouns such as “ze” making for a great mini website with a clearly defined purpose and excellent design.
